Academy for Lifelong Learning
Learning is a lifelong pursuit that opens minds, enriches lives and keeps us active. You are invited to participate in an exceptional learning opportunity for active older adults in our community. We offer you membership in the Academy for Lifelong Learning (ALL) in pursuit of this goal.
This Academy is a membership-based organization for active learning adults and offers a program of special events, informal activities and classes right here in our community. The Academy for Lifelong Learning focuses on the mature learner and is actually managed by members of the community who want to be involved in an important and stimulating pursuit.
The Academy will offer a variety of stimulating and fun classes at little or no cost for personal growth that meet the interests of community members of various activity levels, schedules, life interests and lifestyles. Courses, which can be offered, range from art, computer technology, gardening, archaeology, history, bird watching, opera, yoga, piano, genealogy, to you name it.
Houston Community College Northwest is supporting the Academy for Lifelong Learning in our community and we want you to be a part of it.
