Horticulture

The Horticulture Program at Houston Community College is a leading source of information about agriculture, horticulture, forestry and animal management in the Houston area.

Our mission is to serve our community. We work hand-in-hand with the Texas Agricultural Extension Service in Harris County, the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and many private agribusiness organizations. Our department maintains a close alliance with Texas A&M University, Sam Houston State University, Stephen F. Austin State College, and Prairie View A&M University.
