Purchase Instructional Material
The responsibility for instructional material is covered in the partnership agreement with the ISD. HCC does not provide any instructional materials (textbooks) for the Dual Credit Program.

Dual Credit students are encouraged to first check with their high school to see if books are provided. If not then, instructional materials may be purchased at the college bookstore.

Students are encouraged to purchase books prior to the first day of class. Students should bring their student ID card and class schedule to ensure that they are purchasing the correct texts.
Textbooks and supplies may also be purchased outside of the college bookstore, but students should be sure to obtain the specific IBSN for each assigned book from their professor to ensure the correct book is being purchased.
