This form is for students who have taken the TSIA or TSIA2 at another Texas Institution and would like to grant permission to access those scores for enrollment at Houston Community College. Cross-Institutional Reports are processed within 2-3 business days. Please select the college or campus you will be attending and complete the Score Retrieval Form.
